Airbnb needed a creative solution as to how to maintain Savannah’s charm to Airbnb rentals. Our team performed extensive analysis on the relationship of Savannah to its residents in order to address issues and solutions to the problem at hand.

New local features for Airbnb: A revamped city website, Airbnb Opportunities (a way to earn points for volunteering to be redeemed at various local businesses in Savannah), Airbnb Spaces (co-working space rental and revitalization), and Airbnb Parking (reserve parking spaces around town).

Below are takeaways from the Airbnb Experience Presentation, where hosts, guests and city council members heard each proposition. Each attendee received a passport documenting the night's itinerary, a ticket allowing attendees to take notes, and a double-sided fan reading "booked" or "declined" allowing the attendee to vote each proposed idea throughout the night.
