Airbnb needed help addressing the problem with losing Savannah’s charm to local Airbnb rentals. Our team performed extensive analysis on the relationship of the city and its residents in order to address the issues as well as solutions at hand. The solutions and offerings proposed went through several iterations with a few listed below.
New local features for Airbnb: A revamped city website, Airbnb Opportunities (a way to earn points for volunteering to be redeemed at various local businesses around town), Airbnb Spaces (co-working space rental and revitalization), and Airbnb Parking (reserve parking spaces around town) all based on insights and findings from performed human-centered research.

Below are takeaways from the Airbnb Experience Presentation, where hosts, guests and city council members heard each proposition. Each attendee received a passport documenting the night's itinerary, a ticket allowing attendees to take notes, and a double-sided fan reading "booked" or "declined" allowing the attendee to vote each proposed idea throughout the night.
