The team designed a zero-commute, mixed-use residential neighborhood that is resilient to pandemic impacts and is built for a population that lives, works, and plays in the same place.

An urban wilderness that applies the concepts of the layers of the wilderness to the existing city. By applying these layers to the city, we found that it allows for public uses that are connected, adaptable and sustainable thus creating an escape within a dense urban setting.
